Acer brings AI-driven Predator Helios Neo 16 series to India, starting at ₹1,54,999

Acer’s new Predator Helios Neo 16 AI and ultra-slim 16S AI laptops combine Intel Core Ultra 9 CPUs, RTX 4070 Ti GPUs, and AI-enhanced NPUs to deliver high-performance, portable gaming with ultra-smooth graphics and intelligent multitasking

Acer has unveiled its latest additions to the Predator gaming portfolio — the Predator Helios Neo 16 AI and Helios Neo 16S AI in India — targeting gamers, creators, and professionals seeking next-gen performance with AI integration. These high-performance laptops promise a powerful blend of hardware, visuals, and cutting-edge features, built for both immersive gaming and serious productivity.

The Predator Helios Neo 16 AI delivers desktop-class power in a traditional chassis, while the Helios Neo 16S AI is the slimmest Predator ever, measuring under 18.9mm, catering to users who demand portability without compromising performance.

Both models are powered by up to Intel Core Ultra 9 processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Laptop GPUs, enhanced with AI features enabled through integrated Neural Processing Units (NPUs). These systems intelligently manage workloads like image generation, audio optimization, and background blur, ensuring smooth multitasking and lag-free gaming. Support for NVIDIA DLSS 4, Ray Tracing (Gen 4), and Reflex 2 enhances gameplay with ultra-smooth, responsive graphics.

Display-wise, the Helios Neo 16 AI features a 16-inch WQXGA IPS panel with a 240Hz refresh rate and 100% DCI-P3 color accuracy, while the Neo 16S AI offers a WQXGA OLED screen with vibrant contrast, lifelike visuals, and a 90% screen-to-body ratio. Both support up to 64GB DDR5 RAM and 2TB PCIe Gen4 SSDs.

Thermal management is handled by 5th Gen AeroBlade 3D fans, liquid metal thermal grease, and vector heat pipes, keeping the systems cool during intensive sessions. Customization features include a 4-zone RGB keyboard, an RGB-illuminated logo, and Acer’s PredatorSense utility, which also houses AI and overclocking tools via a dedicated Copilot key.
