E- Commerce Guidelines for Consumers

The Government has drafted new rules to regulate e-commerce. The draft rules have been uploaded on the Department’s website for stakeholders’ consultation. The salient features of the draft e-commerce rules are focussed towards protecting the interests of the consumers before, during and after purchase from e-commerce companies.
