GSL National Vendor Development Program

Goa Shipyard Limited has organized National Vendor Development Program exclusively for Micro & Small Industries owned by SC/ST Entrepreneurs on 16th June 2017 with an aim to promote increased participation of SC/ST entrepreneurs in Ship building sector.

The program saw overwhelming response with over 150 SC/ST Entrepreneurs from all over the country attending the program.

Padmashree Milind Kamble, Chairman - DICCI inaugurated the programme. Shekhar Mital, CMD - GSL RAdm, highlighted the present government’s commitment for promotion of MSEs and SC/ST entrepreneurship in particular. GSL at the behest of MoD has initiated various measures for ease of doing business, particularly for MSMEs.
