My journey into technology was unplanned, but embracing opportunities led me to fulfilling roles where I drive innovation and create value. As a Strategic Human Resource Leader with over 18 years of experience across diverse industries, I’m recognized for harnessing human performance to align with organizational design, driving business growth. Continuous learning, adaptability, and collaboration have been key to my success. I’ve been fortunate to work with organizations and leaders who prioritized preparation, clarity, and inclusivity, fostering confidence and breaking stereotypes to create workplaces where merit thrives over bias.
