A newly released set of Jeffrey Epstein–related documents from the U.S. Department of Justice has sparked renewed online speculation after surfacing unverified allegations involving Bill Gates. The materials—part of a vast January 2026 release—include draft emails Epstein wrote to himself in July 2013.
In those self-authored notes, Epstein alleged that Gates had extramarital encounters with “Russian girls,” contracted a sexually transmitted infection, and sought antibiotics to be given secretly to his then-wife, Melinda French Gates. One draft was addressed to “Bill,” while another appeared as a mock resignation letter attributed to “Boris,” widely believed to reference former Gates associate Boris Nikolic.
Crucially, the claims appear only in Epstein’s private drafts. The files contain no corroborating evidence such as medical records, testimony, or confirmation that the emails were ever sent.
Gates has categorically denied the allegations through a spokesperson, calling them “absolutely absurd and completely false,” and describing them as part of Epstein’s attempts to defame him. No credible evidence has emerged to substantiate the claims.
