Coal India organizes its 40th Annual General Meeting

Coal India’s 40th Annual General Meeting was held in Science City Auditorium, Kolkata on 10th September 2014. The meeting with the shareholders of the company, chaired by Dr. A K Dubey, (IAS), Chairman CIL was attended by Functional Directors of Coal India, Shri R Mohan Das, Director (Personnel & Industrial Relations); Shri N Kumar Director (Technical); Shri B K Saxena, Director (Marketing) and Shri A Chatterjee, Director (Finance). Smt. Sujata Prasad, (IAS), JS & FA, Ministry of Coal, also attend the meeting. To begin with Chairman, CIL enumerated the performance of the company for the fiscal 2013-14, highlighting the important issues. In the subsequent question hour there were many queries expressed by the shareholders of company on various issues, which were replied by Chairman and other Directors of CIL.
