Essen Vision has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Shahjahan Moosa as Chief Revenue Officer, a move aimed at accelerating the company’s momentum in cybersecurity and expanding its presence across high-demand areas such as compliance and managed services.
With nearly three decades of experience in the cybersecurity industry, Shahjahan is widely regarded as a growth catalyst for mid-sized technology firms. His career includes impactful roles at N&N, Encrust, and DigitalTrack, where he led revenue expansion by building sales organizations from the ground up and establishing the operational foundations needed for sustainable business growth.
Shahjahan is known for his people-first leadership, strong commercial judgment, and ability to help enterprises translate complex security challenges into measurable business outcomes. Trusted by leading Enterprise and BFSI clients, he brings a blend of deep technical insight and practical execution experience that has supported organizations in strengthening their cyber resilience.
At Essen Vision, Shahjahan will oversee the company’s end-to-end revenue function, scale its sales and services capabilities, and guide the rollout of an enhanced cybersecurity services portfolio covering GRC, VAPT, and Red Teaming.
“Shahjahan has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to bring structure, build strong teams, and scale organizations,” said Nityanand Shetty, CEO of Essen Vision. “His leadership will be pivotal as Essen Vision advances into its next phase of growth, particularly in compliance and advanced security services.”
Shahjahan’s appointment comes at a time when enterprises across regulated sectors are strengthening their security and governance frameworks to align with emerging compliance requirements, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, positioning Essen Vision to support customers as they prepare for stricter regulatory expectations and enhanced data protection mandates.
